Ugh.



Earlier I got a cold reminder why I don't like using Firefox.



After using it for about...4 hours for webcams, I had a memory leak and Firefox was spiked over 1 million in my processes.



I have NEVER seen that happen using Chrome. Tonight was the first time I had ever seen my computer stutter like that since getting it.



I want Cancer to code the site to work better with Chrome. Chrome is a modern browser and is becoming very popular.



Firefox is a system hog.

My kismet. The one about boxed wine and boxed cheese. It came out from the convo that occurred in webcam chat. Like most of mine do.



Then there was a reply that was BLATANTLY towards that.



Something that had nothing to do with the convo, nothing to do with anything or anyone in particular. It was complete and utter nonsense.



Now the journals because a friend mentioned it in a journal.



Now, I'm going to put it point fucking blank. If you have an issue with it, then bring it to me and not the journals.



I was the ONLY person in the last 6 hours on this god damn website to have a kismet dedicated to wine and cheese in any matter until YOU made the comment on what cheese and wine you liked.



You blew it out of proportion when a friend of mine made a comment of it in her personal journal.



You haven't won anything. This isn't a damn game or contest. It was a simple observation by a friend over something that I had posted and you took out of fucking context and twisted it so it fit your view of the world revolving around you.



Got a problem with it? Take it up with me in a PM or get out of here. I'm not going to go back and forth in others journals.

My Rating System



Before I begin please remember this:

A valid rating is between 1 and 10 with 1 being the lowest score and 10 being the highest. How you choose to rate a profile is totally up to you. Different members will have different criteria for profile rating.



With that being said, here are a few things I base my rating on.

I don't have set standards that I always go by. My mood influences my rate most of the time. There are some other factors that will ALWAYS affect what I will rate you though.



The first one is simple. Have you recently changed your name simply to gain status? If so, you will most likely get a 1. That right was being abused and you do not deserve a high rate for abusing the status system.



Is your profile one of the top rated on the site? If so, then you better have a fan-fucking-tastic profile. Your profile better shit out babies and make me want to give you an arm. Because if it doesn't, I'm going to be critical and I'm going to rate you harshly.



Do you have images that belong to an artist that sells licenses and are not using the art correctly? This means if I don't see a clear copyright sign © and a license number done properly, you will get an instant 1. I will also report you to the artist and licensing company they are with for improper use of images. Same goes if you are using an artist that doesn't allow usage of images and I'm aware of them. I'm a very copyright compliant person and I will not tolerate that being shit on.



Do you have a fuckton of popups? I'll take one number off what I was going to rate you for each one that you have past the first one I see. One is ok if it's telling you about autostarting music or such. More then that is fucking pointless.



Any other questions, you could probably message me and find out why I rated you what I did. I may reply, I may not. If I don't, then the answer is already here. :D

Feel free to rate me however the hell you wish. I don't care. Just please understand this. I won't ask you to rerate me, nor will I return with an automatic 10 if that is what you give me. I will view and rate your profile the way I would normally not based on what you give me.

Using VR in Chrome is starting to become a huge hassle.



There are a lot of things that don't work well. Buttons that you can click, pages that get thrown out of whack sometimes, the webcams just flat out don't work half the time...



It's getting ridiculous. I don't want to be forced to use Firefox just to get on VR, but I don't want to not be here.



I really really wish Cancer didn't focus on Firefox being -the- browser to use on here. Chrome is much nicer on my system.

In other news. Snow is melting from this weekends crap. I also choked down a cadbury egg to make the other half happy. He went to the store yesterday and came back with crap, including eggs to share. I ate one. That was about it for me I think.



He did bring me pita chips so it's all ok. :D

I had this thought last night.



In my game, name changes are allowed at a cost. But it can be abused in a pvp situation if coupled with a color change and possibly gender change. To prevent too much abuse, there is a limit on how often you can do this.



I think a similar limit should be placed here. Like you can only change your name once every 60 days or so.



People abuse that damn right to get a higher status score because it resets your rating.



It shouldn't be allowed to happen so frequently. I get that you pay for that right, I pay for it too. But you shouldn't have a need to change it that much. *shrug*

Something I don't get.



Someone who doesn't like stamps or such, so I don't stamp or anything. I simply rated and moved about my day. Didn't leave a comment. Didn't leave a stamp. Just moved about my day.



I didn't see a point in commenting since the profile is an obvious cry for attention and it really isn't worth my time.



What I don't get is the point of blocking everyone.



Blocking should be used as a way to keep unwanted messages/comments/people from contacting you.



Do people really get their jollies off in blocking everyone? I mean seriously. Grow up, go outside and find a farking bouncy ball and toss it up in the air.



Breathe in the nice spring air and enjoy some time outside off the computer. It will do you some good. If you feel you need to still be a dick when you get back inside then maybe I can suggest a video game. You can go beat up on shit there.



It's fine to have a dick. Just don't be one.



It makes life much easier on everyone.



I honestly don't care about my status. I just don't get the level of prickishness that goes on around here lately. It makes me almost not want to be here. Between the webcams and the blocking for no apparent reason (which has happened a few times).



It's just so...trivial.

Something I'd like to do is get a program that would loop music into my webcam broadcasts straight from the computer.



Speaker feedback is so...ick.



Of course, I don't know if they make programs like that. But it would be neat and I could actually do a little music thing one night.



Given my collection of music. I'm pretty sure I can satisfy every single person on this website when it comes to music.



Even those that wanted to cuss me out the other night for going in a cam as an Anon. Makes me tempted to go on cam, invite those that did that in there and show them something. Nothing violent or bitching. Just a simple image inked on my skin.



Would they have cussed me out if they knew I had that? Nope.
